J.E. Service, my dad’s company, needed an engaging online presence. They were a company that promoted solely on a sign, word of mouth, and the Yellowpages (some cooler cups too). They needed to gain more credibility for their strong backbone of work.
I would write a marketing brief, develop a website, and create a Facebook page. The marketing brief would let the business owner know why an online presence is so valuable.
There is now a credible portfolio on the J.E. Service website and Facebook page. 123 likes were brought in on the first campaign. They now have a better constructed marketing strategy.
